5.2 Beat Licensing

If you are interested in licensing beats, instrumentals, or music produced by DJ ABHI-Maheshtala for your own projects, you must submit a formal inquiry through the contact form. Licensing terms, fees, and usage rights will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. No license is granted until a formal written agreement is executed.

5.3 Remix Requests

Remix requests can be submitted through the contact form. Approval is at the sole discretion of DJ ABHI-Maheshtala. Unauthorized remixing, sampling, or interpolation of any music is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.

5.4 Music Distribution (Mermaidz Records)

Inquiries regarding music distribution through Mermaidz Records can be made via the contact form. Submission of a distribution inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Distribution terms will be provided separately upon review and acceptance of the inquiry. Mermaidz Records reserves the right to accept or reject any distribution request at its sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

DJ ABHI-Maheshtala reserves the right to accept or decline any brand partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement proposal at his sole discretion. 8.3 Business Proposals

All business proposals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a business proposal does not create any obligation, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and DJ ABHI-Maheshtala.
